A Short Introduction to Hosted Voice 

Hosted Voice, or a Hosted PBX is a Cloud based/Hosted telephone system, or private branch exchange (PBX). Because the system is hosted in “The Cloud”, there is no physical PBX on site and no phone lines are required, just an internet connection.  All this keeps cost to a minimum as there is no expenditure for equipment, maintenance packages, or a multitude of phone lines. 

It also keeps installation time and cost to a minimum as the majority of options are “Plug and Play”, we simply send you the phones, already configured, you plug them in and you’re good to go.

What are the advantages?

A Hosted PBX can provide you with a multitude of features and benefits.  For starters, a hosted PBX system is much less expensive than a traditional “Box on the wall”.  With a hosted PBX, there is no need to buy expensive hardware, or pay for installation and maintenance of the system.  You simply pay a monthly fee and enjoy all of the benefits of the service.
