About One Cloud Telecom

Fred is the brains behind One Cloud and the driving force that keeps the team innovating. With over a decade in the telecom industry, Fred’s mission is to simplify business communication and make the customer experience the best it can be—though his team jokes that he still hasn’t figured out how to simplify his emails. Known for his obsession with good food and bad puns, Fred believes every challenge has a solution (and every meeting needs snacks).

When he’s not masterminding new services or geeking out over the latest tech, you’ll either find Fred outside, walking his dogs or riding his mountain bike. As a trained chef, Fred loves to be in the kitchen, cooking a feast for his family, but also spends far too much time watching YouTube reviews of the latest German sportscars!

David is our technical man-on-the-ground and our ‘go-to’ guy. With over 20 years of telecommunications consultancy experience, he enjoys helping people to fix problems most people didn't even know existed. David is happiest when trying to help clients either improve their technology, reduce their overheads, or get them as far away from a troublesome or unreliable service provider as possible. All challenges David takes on with pride because a happy client equals a happy David.
